Ended my drawing day with a little something for myself!

Cynder will always be my bae. Back when i first really got into drawing she was my muse, i still think that her corrupted character design is absolutely gorgeous!

This is my interpretation of her as an adult.  When I draw her i like to imagine Dawn of the Dragon never happened, because lets be honest, that game was a mess and reduced her down to the mother of all mary-sue's. Also the purple/pink color scheme was a horrid production choice. BUT thats just my opinion, think of it what you will.

My head-canon is that after defeating Malefor she returned to her old fortress and secluded herself from the outside world for awhile. I would think after all that happened she would be reluctant to return with Spyro to Warfang, being terrified of what the public would think of her.  I imagine her returning to Warfang or the dragon temple eventually, maybe becoming a Wind Guardian.

Headcanon Cynder also has like, severe PTSD because of her corruption (that shit would mess anyone up) but theres this little yellow dragon that is absolutely in awe of her and follows her around asking all sorts of questions and says she's his hero.  And she's like "uhmm okay thats nice" *nervous laughter*  CAUSE SHES NEVER BEEN GOOD WITH KIDS AND HE WONT STOP TALKING BUT SHE FINDS HIM KINDA ENDEARING

And so they meet up at parks (under his parents watchful eyes) and she tells him stories about her and Spyro's adventures, leaving out the scary parts, and she comes out of her shell eventually because of him and realizes he reminds her of volteer and UGH SORRY IM EMOTIONAL.

Yellow dragon is my Spyro OC Ackoth.  He grows up into this strapping young lad here!
